Cameron Bright
Cameron Bright was born in Nanaimo, BC, Canada on January 26, 1993 and played
"Adam Duncan" in the thriller Godsend as a young boy tragically killed, and then with
disturbing overtones, reborn. Cameron started his acting career appearing in
several major commercials in both Canada and the United States.
He then went on to appear as a guest star on the TV series Dark Angel and Night Visions.
On TV he also appeared on the Fox Family Channels Higher Ground and the made for TV films
The Christmas Secret, Lone Hero and My Brothers Keeper.
Cameron is credited in most of those earlier works as Cameron Crigger.
The year 2004 is without a doubt a breakout for young Cameron who was seen a no fewer
that four major motion pictures starting with The Butterfly Effect and then onto the
thriller "Godsend" and then Birth, where he plays "Young Sean" in a plot where a woman
(Nicole Kidman) becomes convinced that a ten year old boy is the reincarnation of her dead
husband.
Cameron's has also appeared in Ultraviolet, set in a world where humans battle vampires,
an able-bodied woman comes to the aid of a young boy - one who possesses something quite
threatening to the human race.
He slso played "Oleg/Young Joey" in Running Scared, when his stolen gun is used in a
shooting spree, a criminal goes to great lengths to retrieve his piece - a key to
his maintaining his secret identity and was "Joey Naylor" in Thank You for Smoking
Cameron also took the role of "Jimmy/Leech" in X-Men 3.
Cameron keeps churning out the movies for 2007 he appeared in Normal playing the role of
'Brady', Christmas in Wonderland as 'Danny Saunders', Juno as 'RPG Nerd'
and for 2009 he appeared in Walled In and as 'Adam Stafford' in An American Affair.
as well as The Twilight Saga: New Moon. For 2010 he continued his role as "Alec" in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
and will return in 2012 in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, with a stop in 2011 for the
made for television film Earth's Final Hours and the
Vincent Lannoo directed The Tamed Ones.
Cameron took some time from the big screen also to play 'Orlin" on Stargate SG-1
episodes The Fourth Horseman parts one and two.
