The Strain

  Has anyone been watching the new series on FX based on a Vampirism stemming from a virus strain? The show has a lot of talent connected to it such as Guillermo del Toro (Blade 2) Carlton Cuse (Lost) and more great talent.
  The show is 4 episodes in at this time and airs on Sunday nights on FX, the first episode we see a wide body jet a 767 land at JFX and on its way across the tarmac the plane just dies stops dead with authorities unable to detect any movement or life aboard.
  The CDC is called in and boards the plane and enters into a bone chilling situation, not to reveal too much in the next 3 episodes they start to realize what is going on and start to prepare for the massive battle to rid NYC of the evil.

  I am glad to see you have taken my advice to create topics on films and TV shows to stimulate conversation on your club. First The Fury and now The Strain this is the way to do it and I see by comments it is working.
  
  Yes so far I also like The Strain but it will be interesting to see where they go from here, the action should now be in full swing as they now know the truth of what they are facing and what has to be done.
  
  With Carlton Cuse involved I expected nothing but quality.

  Yea it is freeking awesome so far, I can't wait for Sundays to see what will happen. Some really freeky and scarey parts so far.

  Oh man this show rocks, who is not watching this and like TWD better get watching.
  EP 8 was just crazy man as good as any Walking Dead episode I seen and I love that show.
