Jimmy Bennett
James 'Jimmy' Bennett was born on February 9, 1996 in Seal Beach, California. With just a
few years in the business, Jimmy has already achieved an impressive resume with range and
versatility. He has earned numerous film and substantial television credits along with
awards for his efforts. He has appeared in guest starring roles on The Guardian,
Judging Amy, CSI and Everwood.
At age six Jimmy said he wanted to be on TV. This aspiration soon came true when he began
booking commercials, doing nine in two years; major motion pictures weren't far from
reality now. Jimmy has also enjoyed doing voice-over roles, a fun aspect of the television
and movie industry. He has lent his voice to Rerun in
I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown.
And Roo in Winnie the Pooh: Springtime with Roo, Lonely Boy in The Polar Express
and again provided the voice of Roo, this time for Pooh's Heffalump Movie.
Jimmy starred with Bruce Wilis in Hostage, and also appeared in The Amityville Horror, an
update to the 1979 horror classic. He also starred in Firewall where he plays the role
of "Andrew" in the action crime/Drama. And also played the role of "Conor James" in
the 2006 update of the 1970's disaster flick Poseidon, he also appeared in the 2007 film
South of Pico and as "Ryan Baxter" in the film Evan Almighty.
For 2008 a very busy Jimmy appeared in the films Diminished Capacity as 'Dillion',
Trucker as 'Peter', he will supply the voice of 'Buddah' in the direct to Video Snow Buddies.
The year 2009 saw Jimmy in several films such as playing the role of 'John' in Stolen Lives, 'Daniel' in Orphan,
'Young Kirk' in Star Trek, 'Toe" in Shorts
and 'Moon' in Alabama Moon.
For 2010 on television he nabbed role of "JJ Powell" on No Ordinary Family and for watch for him in the films
Movie 43, The Return of Captain Kidd and The Tape.
