Mini-Biography
Skandar Amin Casper Keynes (born 5 September 1991) is an English actor best known for starring as Edmund Pevensie in the 2005 film adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Based on the classic novel by CS Lewis where four London children are sent to a professors country home in order for protection during World War II. There they find a magic wardrobe which leads to a mystical land called Narnia, which is being ruled by an evil witch. To defeat the Witch, they must join forces with Aslan, the lion God of Narnia, and the great battle between good and evil.
Skandar before Narnia played 'Young Enzo' in Ferrari the 2003 made for TV film, and the role of 'Wad' for Victoria Died in 1901 and Is Still Alive Today (2001). He returns as 'Edmund Pevensie' in the 2008 sequel The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian as well as The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (2010).
Some of Skandars skills includes Horse riding and sword fighting and some general stunt work. He also is a student of Tae Kwando. He also plays the cornet and flute. Attended Anna Scher Theatre School, 2000-2005.
