Biography

Actor and singer Jacob Latimore was born on August 10, 1996 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA . He has been singing and dancing since the early age of five. Jacob grew up around performers. His father and uncles make up the inspirational quartet, The Latimore Brothers. In addition to performing live around the country, Jacob spends a lot of time in the studio recording original songs and working with top recording producers. His single, "Superstar" produced by the Corna Boys and Rico Love, charted #5 on Billboard R&B and Hip Hop Sales Charts.

In 2007, with the support of his parents and Crown World Entertainment (Jacob's Management team), he made the move to Atlanta to pursue his music. It wasn't long before his natural talent as an actor was discovered by agent, Joy Pervis who began booking Jacob in commercials, voice-overs, episodic, and his first lead role in the feature film, "Vanishing on 7th Street." Jacob also played 'Langston' in Black Natvity (2013) where a young teen living with his grandparents falls asleep at church during a Christmastime mass, where he dreams of a black nativity. In 2014 Jacob appeared in the features The Maze Runner and "Ride Along."

Jacob went on in 2015 to provide some voice work for Bilal: A New Breed of Hero  as Teen Bilal, he has followed this up with the Will Smith feature Collateral Beauty  (2016) where he plays Raffi and "Sleight" where he is Bo. he has in the works for 2017 the as yet Untitled Detroit Project  and "Krystal" where he plays Bobby.

He has appeared in episodic TV on One Tree Hill (2009) and Reed Between the Lines (2011). He also guest starred on The Finder in 2012 on the episode 'Life after Death' as Young Trey. Other TV appearnces were on "The Mo'Nique Show," "So Random!" and "106 & Park Top 10 Live" all as himself. He also appeared in the series "Survivors Remorse" in the episode How to Build a Brand .
