Biography

Sterling Beaumon was born on the 2nd of June 1995, San Diego, California, he has been performing since he was three, starting with recreational Ice skating competitions. By age 7, Sterling had skated with Stars on Ice, danced the Nutcracker, acted in his first movie, was TED on a commercial for Disney Cruiseline, and booked his first big stage play, “The Grapes of Wrath.” Since then, Sterling has been in numerous musicals, inc. “Music Man”, “Annie Get Your Gun”, “Christmas Carol”, “Bye-Bye Birdie”, “Dorian” and “Sail Away.”

He has also appeared in many TV commercials and guest starred on series such as House M.D., 7th Heaven, Crossing Jordan, Cold Case and Heroes. He played a prominent role on the Lost episode "The man behind the Curtain" portaying "Young Ben" which has sure exposed him to many new TV viewers. Other recent guest roles includes Scrubs (2007), Bones (2008), The Cleaner (2009) and Gary Unmarried (2009). He returned for several episodes of Lost in 2009 starting on March 18 to finish with a total of five episodes.

Sterling Beaumon also appeared in a guest role on Criminal Minds, the then 15-year-old played Jeremy, a young boy who is suspected of murdering families, in the October episode titled Safe Haven. In May 2011 he appeared on an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (Delinquent), he played Hunter Mazelon he also guest starred on Disney's "Kickin' It" as well as an episode of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and then a role on the series Clue in 2011. Sterling also plays the role of 'Gabriel Walraven' in the TV series Red Widow (2013) and a recurring role on the series "The Killing" starting in 2014. He also will guest star on the new 2015 series "Backstrom" as Ryan Durst in the episode (Takes One to Know One).

His numerous film roles inludes "Left Behind," "Loaded," and "Sheltered," "Four Christmases" and the direct to Video "Mostly Ghostly." He also supplied the voice of Sludge/Sam in "Astro Boy" (2009). Sterling grab roles in the 2012 films Arthur Newman as 'Grant' and for 2013 he appeared in "Crawlspace" and The Pretty One. Watch for him in the 2014 film "Senior Project" as Spencer.
