Homophobia in Stranger Things

  I  noticed while watching the show that the missing Will was always called names like fairy, soft etc, the kids Mike, Lucas and Dustin also were by the bullies looked on as soft weak etc. The entire show I noticed kept refering to homophobic slurs and snide refrences.

  
  

  I am glad I was nott he only one as I camer across this article that mentioned the same things, I think it deserves a read, like the article said the real monster in Stranger Things is Homophobia.

  Well not that you mentiond it and reading the article you posted, yes I see but that is how bullies are they use names like that.

  Well who was going to put it on? Lucas would have said now way I am not putting makeup on that werid-o and Dustin would have said no way dude and there are no girls in their little club. Mike is perfect to do it, just look how much he is enjoying it.
