Overview

Brayden Douglas Whisenhunt was born on March 8, 1998, in Texas, and is a newcomer to the acting business; he started his career in 2010 in the short films "The Witchling" and The Eulogy Maker and played Young Joshua Taylor in the film Without a Father.

Brayden had a small role in Terence Malick's critically celebrated film, "The Tree of Life," Brayden landed his role when the film's casting team showed up at the Zephyr Independent School District looking for the right kids for the film.

Brayden was selected when the casting team spotted him in the school cafeteria, “and was immediately added to the short list. After a few more tryouts Brayden made it into the final group as Jo Bates, a friend of Pitt's three sons in the movie. He also appeared in the features Deep in the Heart (2012) and as Young Wyatt in Burning Kentucky.

He lists hunting-Fishing-Swimming-Horseback Riding & Rodeos-Raising & Showing Animals at Livestock Shows-Riding 4-Wheelers & Bicycling with Friends as some of his hobbies and if the acting thing doesn't pan out, he'd like to become a veterinarian or a pro fisherman.
