Zackary Arthur has been acting since the age of six and has to his credit several commercials and short films to his credit. Some of his short films include “Surviving A Funeral” (2014) and “Trust Me” (2014). Some of his commercials were for brands such as Rabbids Invasion and Burlington Coat Factory.
He joined the cast of Golden Glove winner “Transparent” in 2014 playing Zach and made guest appearances on the series Best Friends Whenever (2015) Teachers (2016),
Grey's Anatomy (2016), and the following year "Ray Donovan" (2017). He also worked on the TV movie “The Half of It” (2015) and “Pals” (2016). Other TV roles include a recurring role on "Kidding" and a guest role on
Borrasca (2020).
Zackary’s feature film debut saw him playing the little brother of Chloë Grace Moretz in the film “The 5th Wave”, in the film four waves of increasingly deadly alien attacks have left most of Earth decimated and Cassie (Chloë Grace Moretz) is on the run, desperately trying to save her younger brother Sam Sullivan played by Zachary.
His other feature film roles after the 5th Wave were
Don't Come Back from the Moon (2017), "Mom and Dad" (2017), and
Mississippi Requiem (2018). Zackary also completed the short
These Things Take Time (2017). He plays Young Burnett in
Thomas and the Magic Railroad: 20th Anniversary Celebration (2020). Zackary also plays Bernie in
Secret Agent Dingledorf and His Trusty Dog Splat (2020) and coming soon look for him in
Against The Wild III: The Journey Home and "Jill" both scheduled for a 2021 release.
His other talents include singing, dancing, climbing trees, and drawing. He is a voracious reader and loves sports. Zach is the youngest of three children and lives in Southern California with his family including his singer/actress mom, firefighter dad, and brother Aiden Arthur, who also acts. His adult sister works in social media and production. Arthur aspires to become a filmmaker when he grows up.
