Griffin Gluck is an American teen actor who was born on in Los Angeles, California, His father is a director and his mother a producer. Gluck got the acting bug when he went with his older sister, Caroline, to a summer children's showcase of "Guys and Dolls" at the Palisades Playhouse. At the age of six, he was given the role of Nathan Detroit and discovered his love for performing.
He was then cast in a national Japanese commercial for the H...eroes DVD, stealing the spot with his inimitable delivery of the famous Yatta! line. He has since appeared in several TV commercials for the Japanese and American markets.
In 2008, he appeared in the Japanese remake of the film Sideways, directed by his father. In the fall of 2009, intrigued by an audition notice for the musical Oliver! directed by Mariko Ballentine in North Hollywood, he asked his father to take him to the audition and walked out with the lead role. Gluck got his big break playing the role of Jennifer Aniston's son and Adam Sandler's fake son, Michael, in "Just Go With It," (2011). Latest film roles include "Trust Me" (2013), "Larry Gaye: Renegade Male Flight Attendant" (2015), Just Before I Go (2014). Griffin also plays Rafe Khatchadorian in the feature Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life(2016) and Why Him?(2016) and The Boxcar Children: Surprise Island (2017)
Griffin has also appeared in recurring roles on the TV series Private Practice as "Mason Warner" and The United States of Tara as "Monty" as well as a guest appearance on The Office (2010) he also played "Daniel Wells" in the TV movie "The Council of Dads" (2011) as well as "Max" in the short "A Boy's Life." He played Danny Gannon on the short-lived series "Back in the Game" (2013) and appeared in"Silicon Valley" (2014). Other episodic TV roles include "Red Band Society" as Charlie, "About a Boy," Life in Pieces, "Impastor" (2016), "Man With a Plan" (2017) and"The Mick" (2017-18) he also played Dylan in the made for TV movie "Cuckoo" (2015). Griffin is also a regular on the series "American Vandal" (2017) where he plays Sam Ecklund.
